To the Socialist Representative, Barack Obama:

After just a mere 6 months, what many of us knew about you has revealed itself. You clearly understand nothing regarding capitalism and the free markets. If you did, then you destroy it purposefully. You have distaste for the outcomes of the free market because you think people are victims; broken and disadvantaged in America.

To the contrary – Americans see themselves, for the most part, as self-reliant, self-governing folks who love individual freedom and free choice. These Americans understand that the more freedom they extend to others, the more freedom they themselves get to enjoy.

You have used your race to attempt to silence others, advance your political goals and appear like a victim.

Your elitist, self-congratulatory, sanctimonious arrogance speaks volumes.

Any delving into your history shows you are anything but a victim. Of course, your history is sketchy, too, since so much of your legal records are sealed for whatever mystical purposes only you know and, of course, all the other political hacks who signed onto your “misrepresentations”. Honestly? Everyone is endorsing you from a website clarification? Whatever, I digress.

I guess it would take a Constitutional lawyer to understand fully how to destroy our Constitution from within.

Responsibility & transparency? Clearly you have neither within you. Responsibility is the ability to respond. You don’t hold some of your own “swooners” to such a criteria of ownership, instead you attempt to enable their dependence – likely so you can control more of their lives over time.

Transparency is as foreign to you as the country you were likely born in. To be transparent means you have to own your choices and be honest, once again, a quality that eludes you.

Too often you have to utilize a teleprompter – this merely reveals your inability to have assimilated freedom here in America. Any American can speak about freedom, free markets, the Constitution, and easily so with no such prompting. Why, you ask? Unlike you, for us Americans, it actually lives within us.

You continue to reveal your inability to uphold the voluntary nature of contracts but instead seek to control & manipulate the American people in your thugsish ways. I would say your Chicago Style Ways, but I happen to like Chicago and wouldn’t insult its citizens.

In 2010 the American people will continue to speak out – in case you didn’t know it, you work for us – ALL OF US, not just the ones who happen to agree with you. It might do you well to remember that fact before you go popping off about us all shutting up.

With diligence, barring your corrupt ways, the American people will have you bounced from office by 2012 after having bounced those corrupt treasonous trogs who occupy the Congress & Senate right now.

In the meantime, try not to screw up America too much more than you already have. We’ve had to clean up the mess before; Americans are amazing and can do so again, we just rather not have to spend the next four decades doing so.

By the way, leave everything the way you found it – there are greater people than you that can support America towards its own self-correction.

Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

OBAMA HEALTHCARE DECONSTRUCTED

This is an excellent video deconstructing the healthcare bill.

The one thing, if no other is observed is this: Obama continues to preach about "controlling costs" as the foundations of healthcare being unaffordable.

Control of anything is antithetical to freedom - regardless of "good intentions".

Free markets will figure it out, most especially when Americans speak with their dollars.

PRECEDENT

Two very important observations to point out:

1) She would not answer the question of an individual's right to defend self

2) She kept citing PRECEDENT throughout the hearings

Citing precedent is a judge's or lawyer's avoidance of responsibility and here's why: if you point to precedent it is only to then draw attention to a previous case where the ruling POINTS TO THE RULE OF LAW WITHIN THE CONSTITUTION not as a substitute to the rule of law.

Pointing to precedent without pointing to the rule of law by which the case was determined, is avoiding responsibility to make a choice and own the choice.

Sotomayor cited precedent over and over and over and over again during the hearings without explaining the rule of law that the precedent was based on.

This is how she avoids making a choice and taking personal responsibility for that choice.

GREG ON THE RUSH LIMBAUGH SHOW

I was a caller into Rush's show last October just before the election with the hopes of getting the message out that your life is predicated on the choices you make not on the handouts from government that BO was promising.

EQUALITY IS OPPORTUNITY, NOT ABILITY

This is so dishonest and just propagates victimization.

The reality is that Equality = Opportunity, THAT'S the level playing field, has nothing to do with Ability!

Every American has equal access to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That pursuit is an action not a handout. You have to work awfully hard in this country to not be productive and successful.

An individual makes one choice over the other and each choice forges the life he lives. Equal access affords everyone opportunity. I will personally challenge anyone who reads this and thinks they are discriminated against equal opportunity of pursuit of happiness, to walk back every single choice he's made in this life which resulted in the life he is now living. I have made this challenge for years and not 1 person takes me up on it because he knows that he created the life he lives from the decisions he's made - no one owns the choices but the individual.

There is no such thing as a level playing field of ability - your genetics ought to make that obvious to you -you're born with what you get on that slot machine of chance, it's up to you do with it the best you can.

Did our nation in its infancy make mistakes? Yes. The question is, how long will you CHOOSE to be victimized by the mistake? Many generations have passed and at some point those who actually experienced such discrimination will no longer be around.

Will the extortion continue?

MEMO TO SELF-ENTITLED AMERICANS

Sotomayor makes clear that hard work, dedication, family support are what made her what she is today.

Not living here illegally, but legally.

Not handouts but scholarships.

Not entitlements but dedication.

Not welfare but her mother's hard work earning a degree in nursing by which to support her children, accepting her choices,showing the ability to respond to those choices and doing so at no cost to others who did not consent.

For Democrats to sit there and tout her achievements then insist in the House & Senate that legislation be passed which expand welfare programs and entitlements; discourage achievement such as her's through developing personal responsibility, and insult the very innate human nature toward drive of success and achievement that resides within all Americans, is hypocrisy at its zenith.

Equality is about Opportunity, not skill.

Each person in Sotomayor's family took advantage of equal opportunity and improved their skill in order to achieve success.

THAT is what living in America is about - not entitlements, not favoritism, not ideology imposed - freedom of choice, freedom to decide one's pursuit of personal happiness!

DECONSTRUCTING THE HEARINGS

There is so much about these hearings to deconstruct, but I will stick to some of the types of language utilized in ubiquitous fashion in our society, not just germane to these hearings.

There is a deep disease ridden ideology in our society where we do not hold citizens accountable for their choices, that includes the poor, the irresponsible, the middle class and the rich.

You don't make choices you can't respond to without those choices being at a cost to others without their consent. It's called infringing on the freedoms of your fellow citizens - in other words, stealing.

CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW...

The Age of Subjectivism

People want protection of their subjective feelings

And who has the knowledge to know what is offensive? hurtful?

Soceity doesn't exist for you. There is no RIGHT to not be offended or have your feelings hurt.

CONTROL FOR PERSONAL AGENDA

What screams out from this debate is, “we have enough social problems…”

Who put this guy or ANYONE for that matter, in charge of social issues?

So here we go again with another person/group thinking they know how everyone else should live, the choices they should make and limiting choice and imposing their ideology onto everyone else.

When we limit choice we are doing one thing: attempting to control others for personal agenda

It’s none of anyone’s business what choices an individual wants to make in so much as that choice is a cost NO to others without their consent. The choices others make are your business only when those choices result in a cost to you.

We lack development of personal responsibility because we will not teach individuals the efficacy of their choices, example outcomes and let them create a sense of trust from within toward self-reliance and self-governance.

Who’s minding your business while you’re so busy minding everyone else’s?

Control is what it's all about.

You can't decry the control others seek if you're seeking to control, as well.

Seek freedom, whether you agree with an individual's choices or not.

FREE SPEECH

Question the motives of those who seek to be offended or find things offensive, theirs is a personal agenda of control of others behavior.

Prior restraint cannot be upheld as there is no one who knows what can or cannot be said, heard, written in our society if we are to uphold freedom of speech in any capacity. And who would be in charge of such? Who will claim to know for every other American or non-American what can and cannot be said?

If you limit the speech of one, you make a target for your own back.

Those who seek such restraint seek to silence others – there are no inherent rights of humans to not be offended.

Society needs to stop appeasing people; society doesn't exist for your comfort.

Let the words written, heard, seen, or expressed be the observation of others as to the nature of the individual who said it.

In a free market society, the market (the people) speaks with their dollars or kinship, thus letting the product (the individual) know the reality of what will be accepted or not accepted.

Each has a choice to express their opinions - this upholds freedom of both parties.
